The unit also benefitted from short fields after the defense recovered three Denver fumbles. New England went 7-1 SU but just 4-4 ATS as a host in the regular season.

They were forced to fight back from multiple score deficits the last three weeks of the regular season just to beat the Broncos, Dolphins, and Bills. The Pats have also failed to cover each of their L/4 following an off week (0-3-1 ATS), while the Broncos covered five of their L/6 road games. We won’t call for the outright like we did last week against Pittsburgh, but New England better be ready for a much different dance in these teams second go round of the season!
