One has to wonder what this teams’ true record would have been had running back Darren McFadden and quarterback Jason Campbell not gone down with serious injuries. With those two healthy and in the mix, the squad went just 3-2 SU but a moneymaking 4-1 versus the closing football betting lines.

Oakland finds itself in this Week 17 position due to the fact that it went into Arrowhead Stadium and scored the 16-13 overtime win against a Chiefs team that handed the defending champion Green Bay Packers their first loss of the season the previous week. After letting their most recent home game against Detroit get away from them late, the Raiders will look to close out their regular season campaign in style by sweeping the regular season series from the Chargers for the second straight year; Oakland checks in 3-4 SU & ATS as a host this season.
