New Orleans has split its two games against the NFC North this season falling in a shootout at Green Bay in Week 1 before following it up with a 30-13 NFL odds shellacking of the Chicago Bears the following week. The betting public will be lined up to back them in droves this week after the Saints simply dismantled an undermanned New York Giants team on Monday Night Football.

Keep this in mind though; the Saints still gave up a whopping 465 yards to Eli Manning and the Giants but took advantage of the two costly turnovers NY handed over. Detroit possesses an offense fully capable of matching points with Brees and company, but it also sports a defense light years better than that of the Giants.
