NCAA Betting Online:

From the East Coast to the West and everywhere in between, Bookmaker Sportsbook is always bearing down with the most college football gambling options for Thursday, October 20th, and everyday throughout the 2011 season, including the PAC 12 South grudge match featuring the Wildcats and Bruins from Arizona Stadium in Tucson. ESPN will be on hand for the national television broadcast starting at 9:00 ET.

Despite the team’s woes this season, Arizona enters as a -3 point college football gambling favorite at home.

A bye week simply could not have come at a better time for the Arizona Wildcats. After a brutal 1-5 start, the Wildcats will look to regroup without head coach Mike Stoops who was let go on October 10th. Stoops spent eight seasons at the helm of the Wildcats’ program but never brought the team to the promised land: the Rose Bowl (Arizona has never been). Having already been blown out by Oklahoma State, Stanford and Oregon, a lesser opponent in UCLA may be just what Bear Down Nation needs to right the ship in Tucson.

Eight-year assistant Tim Kish will take over as the interim head coach for the Wildcats who rank 119th in rushing defense and 117th in points allowed. Kish said this week that he wants to find the fine line between strong work ethic and fun and reinstall a winning mentality to a program that desperately needs it. At least the Cats’ passing game is solid; senior Nick Foles has Arizona ranked third in passing offense. “We’ve got a lot of season left to play,” Foles said. The only thing we can do is focus on our team and stick together. With six games left we can do a lot of things.”

Arizona will need to do a lot of things if it wants to Beat UCLA on Thursday. The Wildcats are 1-5 overall, 0-4 in the PAC 12, 2-4 ATS and the ‘over’ has played to a 4-2 tally. The Wildcats are 1-4 against the college football gambling lines in both their last five home games and last five conference games, but the home team is 6-2 ATS in the last eight games between Zona and UCLA.

Like Arizona, the UCLA Bruins will come into Thursday’s PAC 12 tussle fresh off a bye week of their own. UCLA has done nothing flashy this season, trading losses and wins every time it steps onto the college football gridiron. Though the Bruins rank 29th in the nation in rushing offense, it’s passing game has struggled just as much as the team’s quarterbacks have health-wise; UCLA ranks 88th nationally through the air.

Starting quarterback Kevin Prince, who suffered a concussion and separated shoulder in the team’s Week 1 loss to Houston, is the only hurler with game experience now that backup Richard Brehaut is out indefinitely with a broken bone in his leg suffered in UCLA’s 28-25 win over Washington State on October eighth. “There are two competing philosophies,” head coach Rick Neuheisel said. “What do you need to do to be successful, and what do you do to stay safe? First and foremost, you have to be successful.” Freshman Brett Hundley will backup Prince against the Wildcats.

UCLA is an even 3-3 overall this season with a successful 2-1 mark in the PAC 12; the Bruins have played 1-5 against the college football gambling odds while the O/U sits at 3-3. UCLA has also played to a 1-6 ATS mark its last seven road games and stands 0-4 ATS in its last four trips to Tucson to battle the Wildcats.
