This is the final game in a great career for Harnish, and though he won’t get the same type of accolades that his former conference mate, Dan LeFevour, but perhaps he should. He has 8,670 passing yards, 66 passing TDs, 2,997 rushing yards, and 24 rushing scores.

College Football Lines – Redhawks and Blue Raiders Duke it Out in GoDaddy.com Bowl

The only reason the Blue Raiders are in this game is because they didn’t want to pit a pair of MAC teams against each other here in Mobile. MTSU gained bowl eligibility in its final game of the year, pulling off the upset against the college football lines at the Sun Belt champs, the Florida International Golden Panthers.

It was a tumultuous year for the Blue Raiders, as they were expected to blow through the Sun Belt with no problems and challenge for a Top 25 ranking. Even an undefeated season seemed like a possibility. However, Dwight Dasher was suspended for the first four games of the season, and he ultimately never really got into a groove in 2010.

Dasher was really responsible for why this team was so dreadful against the college football lines this year. He was supposed to be the star of the show, but throwing for just 1,377 yards and six scores against 14 picks was a tremendous disappointment.

On the other side of the ball, the Redhawks were the supreme amazement, as they turned around from a 1-11 season to win the MAC in shocking fashion. This was another one of these teams that was told that they couldn’t do anything, but continued to beat the odds. Not only did they beat the college football lines in the MAC Championship Game to get here, but they beat the Northern Illinois Huskies outright as well in one of the biggest shockers of the entire season.

Unfortunately for Miami though, Head Coach Michael Haywood is heading for the University of Pittsburgh. Haywood will not coach this game, as he is already working on recruiting for the Panthers.

There is also a question whether Zac Dysert will be available for this game. Dysert threw for 2,406 yards and 13 TDs this year, and he was the leader for this team all year until rupturing his spleen. He doesn’t seem likely to go, but is still considered a possibility in this quest to beat the college football lines in the GoDaddy.com Bowl.

The GoDaddy.com Bowl college football lines feature Miami favored by a single point with a total of 48. This is just a year where everything has gone wrong for MTSU and where everything has gone right for the Redhawks. That should end this year with a ‘W’ for Miami in this bowl game to cap off a tremendous 2010-11 campaign.
