Which one do you prefer? I personally prefer myspace which community has grow a lot in the past 2 months…hi5 instead…offers us choices that none of the rest of the blogs offer us…you can track the people who have visited your site, and other features that are really cool…those are the main blogs nowadays, nevertheless, frienster and Bebo are not a bad idea…they have their own features which are very interesting and different from hi5 or myspace…for example Bebo offers the option to get a free account with skype so your friends can call you from any place (option that neither myspace or hi5 have), and friendster has some cool good ideas not as practical as Bebo, but it is cool to have your own drawings on your profile…I love bloggin and i personally have the four of them to keep in touch with my friends and family…for me every single of them have their own cool and useful features…so which one do youlike the most?

Tuesday 8, 2007 the news breaks out on the sudden death of the one time Guess Jeans model and Playboy mate Anna Nicole Smith. She had collapsed in her hotel room where she was staying “Seminole Hard Rock Hotel” and was a frequent guest there. She was 39 when she passed and her attorney said the night before she has a high fever and was not feeling well. She was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead at arrival as they tried to revive her by doing CPR at the hotel. Edwina Johnson, Chief investigator for the Broward County Medical Examiner’s office stated the death is under investigation and an autopsy would be done on Friday to determine the cause of death. She had a nurse in her room and found her and called for medical help and then called her boyfriend Howard K. Stern and took some time to in contact with and took some time for him to actually get back. Some say that the whole processes took to a bit too long and maybe it would have been different. They also found prescription drugs in her room and none were in her name and were all in Howard’s name her boyfriend. Among the drugs they found were Antibiotics, cold medicine and Volume and using all those together could be dangerous. Five (5) months ago Smith lost her son Daniel age 20 suddenly died by what some say to be drug related. He was on his way to the Bahamas to meet with his mom to see his new born baby sister and later he stopped breathing while sitting in a chair. Anna Nicole was devastated and it all started to fall apart there. Some say Howard K. Stern Anna’s boyfriend was giving her son prescription drugs some antidepressants and the combination of that and what other medicine he was taking was to much and basically his body gave out. Here we have Anna Nicole looking like the same situation and the obtopsiy will say all in how she died. Lets take a look at the life of Anna Nicole Smith, before she had passed she was dealing with a lot in her life in court battles in the DNA testing of her daughter that Larry was requesting as he says he is the father and Howard says he is the father. A long battle started in the custody battle of the baby girl Danny Lynn. Anna was also dealing with the property house problems with the place she was staying in the Bahamas, the comments her mother made on TV about the death of Daniel and we all know her relashionship with her mother was not exactly a great one. 
and was worth an estimatied $550 million dollars. Anna said she say a twinkle in his eye’s and asked her to dance for him and she did. From there it was love at first sight and the drama starts as family members of the oil tycoon arises. Anna ended up marrying the 89 year old man and said they were happy. When Oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall ll, died at the age of 90 in 1995 and setting off a feud with Stepson E. Pierce Marshall over the estate and who will get it. The family was going to make sure Anna Nicole Smith got nothing as they didn’t believe the love was real and that she was in it for the money. A federal court in California awarded Smith $474 million and was later overturned. But in May the U.S. Supreme court revived her case, ruling that she deserved another day in court. Stepson died June 20th at the age of 67 but the family said the court fight would continue and she would get nothing. Later Smith starred in her own sit-com reality show “The Anna Nicole Smith Show” in 2002 and went all the way to 2004. Cameras had followed her around and recorded her life and at that time Anna had gained a lot of weight. Her Lawyer was on the show and hung out with her personal assistant and interior decorator which was a bit strange but nice, and can’t forget her poodle Sugar Pie. She also appeared in movies performing a bit part in the “The Hudsucker Proxy” in 1994. 
This battle has been going on since she was born on September 7, 2007, as to who the father is Larry Birkhead or Howard K. Stern. Even other men have surfaced stating that they might be the father, such as Prince Frederic Von Ahhalt 
the husband of the famous cop smacking actress Zsa Zsa Gabor saying, he plans on filing a paternity challenge in court and wants a DNA testing as well. O’Jay Simpson has even reported being with Anna as well, but they are just sitting back waiting for results of the DNA testing “if it ever gets awarded”, I sure hope it does, I don’t think its Howards. Larry is almost sure it’s his kid and looking at the baby I have a feeling its and I hope it is. Although in the Bahamas, Howard K. Stern 
is listed as the father and the laws are very different in that country then they are in the states. It will be a tough battle to fight, but I really hope the courts of the Bahamas really see who the father is. One day she will grow up and hear about this one day and wonder who is my real father!!!!! It’s getting crazy!!! Dannielynn stands a chance to inherit a fortune from her mother’s husband that passed away and was worth 500 million estates, oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II. Anna has been fighting this battle since 1995 and has even made it to the Supreme Court. Who ever is appointed custody of Dannielynn will be PAID. Now the laws in the Bahamas state “there is no specific provision in Bahamian law for paternity claim based on DNA”. That is the words of Thomas Evans, a prominent Bahamas attorney. He also states “The court could determine that any of those seeking to be the guardian of Dannielynn — or even another party, including the country’s Department of Social Services — should have custody, based on the best interests of the child”. Who is the father of Danielynn, more updates as more is told and court dates are coming what will they decide yes to the DNA or NO and the world and the others who thing their the father will never know!!!!!
He also died of Methadone and antidepressants which are a lethal combination. I don’t know why Howard allowed them to take those as everyone knows methadone is a very harsh drug and is not good and to combine it with another drug is just not good. And don’t know why they just don’t do a DNA testing to see who the legal father is and put this to rest!!!!!!!!!

released that she died of an accidental overdose casued by a combining a powerful sleeping drug with a number of prescription medications. A blood infection and flu symptoms were listed as contriburtory causes as well. They also stated there was no foul play in the death of Anna, but are going to look into her Son’s death. Update and in and the battle is still on for the DNA testing, but it is getting close to the closure of it. As the news continues and this battle is all over the internet and Howard is trying so hard to block the DNA testing of Dannielynn, but later in the weeks Howard decided to drop his bid in blocking the release. “He sure is trying hard to block things” but was only dropped after it became apparent that the Bahamian Court of Appeal was not to sympathetic to his cause. Sterns Lawyer had withdrew there request after (3) judge panel expressed skepticism over Stern’s reason for objecting a DNA testing “well yea – hello he is trying to hard, makes you thing he is hiding something”, but before the ruling is in on this, Judges said Howard waited to long to file his challenge and it should have been filed before the DNA testing became a legal issue and the paternity case filled by rival Larry Birkhead. Justice Emmanuel E. Osadebay stated Stern himself agreed to a DNA testing and even suggested an expert to perform the test, but waiting a week after the sample was taken to file the challenge, and the person he wanted to do the testing was not the person the courts selected. Howard has agreed to cover $5000.00 in legal fees incurred by Birkhead as well as $5000.00 in attorney fees to the Bahamas Registrar General the department that handles birth certificates. March 21,st was the DNA testing results and it is to remain confidential for now!!! It’s that way because Howard is listed as the father on the birth certificate and was not required to submit a sample of his own. Now Birkhead, is very eager to present his cheek for the requisite swabbing last month and was less likely paternal candidate, even though no one asked him to do so. Tuesday 4-10-07 there is another hearing in the paternity case in the Bahamas, but in accordance with the Bahamian legal rules, all involved parties are staying mum with there regards to this matter. Birkhead has reported in receiving a bill from his former attorney, Debra Opri for services rendered up until they parted ways with each other totaling up to $620,000, 
“WOW I should be a lawyer”. In addition to charging $475 an hour for her lawyerly services, Opri billed Birkhead for extras such as the more then $4000.00 in cell phone roaming fees she racked up while in the Bahamas as well as thousands of dollars in restaurant bills “she was eating good” and he wasn’t even there to eat. “O come on now, looking for early retirement, that’s one big bill.” But she had offered Birkead a reduced rate of $511,365.09, on condition that he paid her immediately with no further haggling. She also went on to making a statement to defend herself on her accounting system and decrying the chain of events that resulted in the large bill due and becoming public fodder. She also said “I cannot comment on unauthenticated documents which were disseminated to the media under suspicious circumstances, and which are covered by the attorney-client privilege,” and can assure you, that all fees incurred on behalf of Birkhead were reasonable, necessary, and appropriate, given the fact that his high profile case and having to litigate in two different states and a foreign country. Birkhead hasn’t comment on her statements and won’t discuss it publicly. Now Larry has also released statements on the rumors flying on him obtaining a trademark on the phrase “Good Night, My Sweet Anna Baby” for use in book, movie or TV deals and said he “never requested a trade-mark” or signed paperwork on trademarks related to Anna Nicole Smith and that the form was signed by another individual on my behalf. He was also accused in playing high-stakes poker games in the Bahamas at $1500.00 a pop and said he doesn’t even know how to play poker. Now the mother of Anna Nicole is joining the custody battle and Anna and her mother never got along and she didn’t even like her mother. I think she just wants the cash as who ever gets custody of Dannielynn stands a chance to become one well of individual. Onto the case of Daniel Smith death a jury of (7) ladies which will determine the cause of his death and right now they are in a brief break from the proceedings and that case will continue but is on hold at this time.
