On Monday 30^th twin sisters moved into the Dr. Phil house and these two twins are heroin addicts.  They are both on the brink of death as there bodies are just starting to deteriorate and fall apart.  They use to be two beautiful girls and pretty faces but now there faces and body look old and worn out from all the drugs.  There speech is off and really can’t talk good.  Sarah and Tecoa and are 25 years old and both had a normal childhood life that were much loved by there parents, until one day there parents divorced and their stepfather had left there lives.  Both girls had turned to sex and drugs in there teens to fill the empty spot and went down hill from there.  Now Sarah lives every minute on the streets looking for the next fix of heroin, crack or cocaine which ever one she can get her hands on.  Tecoa is currently clean, but not by choice.  She was in jail and unable to do anything but think about her drugs and is also 6 months pregnant as well.  Tecoa had done some drugs while being pregnant remained clean while in Jail.  Joani a former guest on the show and she is also a recovering addict as well and she had found Sarah on the street and documented her days and nights for a month.  Both girl’s mother “Cindy” sits down with Dr. Phil to find out how there lives spun so out of control and to see if these twins can commit to cleaning up there lives and stay off the streets.  Both girls have moved into the house and 1 day has pasted and Sarah is being well monitored by doctors as she is going through painful withdrawals symptoms right now.  Tecoa has been clean for two weeks now but still struggles with her own drug cravings while six months pregnant.  It is so heart breaking to see these two girls that were once beautiful ones and lives a regular life and now live a life of addiction and they really want to be clean and hopefully Dr. Phil can help these two twins in saving there lives and the little life inside Tecoa.  More to come next week, as Dr. Phil continues to try and help these two Heroin addicts.

A lot has happened in the last 2 episodes of the biggest looser where more got sent home and some were shocked.  Erik going to have a meeting with Bob and he was a little worried to see Bob’s reaction when he was going to tell him that he had voted Marty to go home.  Bob was disappointed that Erik had voted Marty off because he was a key player, but Erik saw him as competition and that is the name of the game.  Wylie was still at the ranch and people are surprised to still see him on the show as most thought he would be voted off by now.  The red team gathered around the kitchen and learned ways in how to make a healthy Thanksgiving Dinner and they were all excited about it as they all had to stay at the ranch.  Now comes time for another challenge for the players and this one was a doozie where they had to put back on the weight they had lost being at the ranch and run a mile with all that weight on them.  They had placed barrels along the track and every time they pasted a barrel they were able to drop a certain amount of weight.  Which ever contestant crossed the finish line first would get the prize and that was a visit from a family member.  NICE!!! The winner was Jaron one of the contestants that was brought back to join in on the ranch.  He got to see his wife and spend some time with her.  It was now time for the last work out of the day so Kim had taken her group for a job and Bob stayed back at the ranch.  The weigh-in had come and now it was time to see how much more weight was lost among the players.  Jaron lost a total of 100 pounds since the show began, and wow I mean wow that is a whole person just about.  Kai had lost 9 pounds and Wylie had lost 12 pounds wow.  Erik was getting worried as everyone was pulling big numbers.  Adrian was so upset when she only lost 2 pounds after all that work she did, but she kind of happy as she hadn’t been at her weight since high school so that was a big deal to her.  It was time for Erik and he had lost 12 pounds and was very happy to see all his hard work has paid off.  Erik had lost more weight then anybody else in the history of the biggest looser.  You go boy!!!! Adrian and Heather were below the yellow line so one of them would have to go home.  Adrian got voted off and she was sad and cried a bit but was happy she had the opportunity to come back and be at the ranch.  Now it’s down to the last 4 and its getting better and better.  Who will be the biggest looser and walk off with all that cash.  On 12/6 will be the 2 hour special of the season finale of the “final four”.  Stay tune or check back to see the details.  They are now casting for season 4 if anyone out there wants to try out and give it a shot.

The only other girl that really spoke her mind of her was Agness as well.  At last the finial season has ended and Lorenzo had picked Sadie the teacher the girl next door.  I was kind of surprise as Jennifer was more spontaneous type of women that doesn’t seem to be scared to live on the edge where the teacher is more conservative and does things all by the book.  Lorenzo wasn’t ready for marriage at that time but stated they will see where things will go.  Congratulation’s Lorenzo on your choice!  Hope all works out for you.

On last Wednesday show’s the contestants that are currently staying at the ranch got to meet there new competition and to see how they are and now much they lost on there own at home.  It was a big surprise to see that they actually did lose a lot of weight on there own at home and everyone was shocked to because they lost more weight then them and they are at the ranch with trainers.  Bobby felt that they were all cocky with themselves, and the girls were not happy.  Kai and Heather actually tried to take a bed out of a room and put it in another room just so the new girls would not stay with them.  It was hilarious to see these two girls and the bed got stuck so they had to put it back, it was funny.  They eventually told the new girls they can take this room and Kai and Heather would take the other room and the drama continues.  Girls Girls Girls!!!!  Now it was time to see how much exactly the new players have lost and Poppi went on the scale and she lost a wonderful 43 pounds – WOW you go girl!  Adrian lost 53 pounds – 53 pounds.  After that weight in they went back to the house and Bob and Kim met the two newest people that came to the ranch.  After the new people had left Erik, Kai, Bobby all started to complain to bob in how much they lost weight while they were at home and how little they lost being at the ranch.  Bob replied to them “life is not fair” and everyone is different.  Adrian the new girl is a bit too big for her shoes and does talk her own smack she will be bumping heads with Kai that’s for sure.  When it came done to exercising her comments were is this it or I don’t feel anything, is this going to work and so on.  Boy was Kim pissed off and came off “if this girl thinks she can come in here and say those things and get a way with it she has got another thing coming. 

It was time for the duos to have there first challenge.  First they had to guess the amount of calories in a meat dish and who ever got the closest got to assign which objects the different teams would move.  Marty and Wiley were the closest in guessing so they assigned Adrian and Jaron to the toughest one and they had to carry the bricks.  Talk about letting them know, who was first at the ranch.  Marty and Wiley won there challenge and Adrian kept on going to finish up her challenge.  Now its time for the finial weight in and they put another twist in the challenge again.  They were all nervous at the weight in as Adrian and Jaron pulled in high % weight loss.  Erik was very shocked as he saw he lost 20 pounds, good for you Erik.  Bobby was disappointed as he only lost 3 pounds that week and Heather actually gained 4 pounds this week and she was not happy at all.  Now her and bobby were both below the yellow line and either one would have to go home.  Bob was soooo mad at Bobby because he felt he didn’t do good so he would be sent home and Bobby did come out with the truth in wanting to go home.  “don’t give up Bobby”.  When it was time for elimination time, Bobby did get sent home and he wanted everyone to know that he would not be a slacker and will continue his weight loss.  This Wednesday all members at the ranch will all be one individual competing against each other.  There are no more teams so everyone is out for there own on this one and its starting to get better.  Stay tune for updates tomorrow on what went down at the ranch.

It’s down to the last 2 and that would be Jennifer and Sadie are the last two in the running for who will be Miss Bachelor.  Well, I think neither girl’s are good for him and don’t really think he will find his true love on it.  It’s hard to go on TV and actually find real love because all these girls know his status and its always better to meet a girl that knows very little about them and loves them for them. I don’t know how all you men feel about that!!  We can all see that Sadie’s dressing abilities are not as good as they should be for her but I guess she needs more Glamour Magazines and Style ones.   I also don’t think ABC’s move’s on having both families at the dinner was a good choice as it should be a separate event.  I would hope that next season is better as this last one here was not so good and not many fans enjoyed it.  I know I sure didn’t.  Next Monday Lorenzo will have to choose who his girl will be.  Will it be Jennifer or Sadie!!!!

Joey got sent home and now its down to Emmitt Smith and Mario Lopez.  Now Emmitt did give a great dance last week as he got down and shaking that bootie.  He actually did really well and was surprised on his dancing.  It was very entertaining and the judges just love him and so are the fans.  I think Emmitt is going to give Mario a run for his money.  I didn’t know football players can get down and dirty with there moves and be so graceful with it.  I was watching Emmitt on Entertainment Tonight where they went to his rehearsal dance and him and his partner have something in store for us tonight that they wont reveal until they dance comes.  Tonight will be where they have to dance 3 different dances and come.  Wednesday will be the results show in who will take the title of Dancing with the Stars, so stay tune tonight and watch it on ABC!  You can catch all the past episodes on ABC.com and check out all the dancing from all the stars.  O I can wait!! On Monday Gary had to make dinner for Miss B’s friends and actually had to sit there and have dinner with them. Things got a little hostile with everyone as one of Miss B’s friends has a real problem with Gary and the way he is. She actually asked Gary do you like me and of course Gary said no I don’t like you. After dinner was done Gay had a taste of what it was like to be black in the world today and he was actually pretty shocked on what happened. A hollywood makeup artists transformed Gary into a black man and Miss B helped Gary out in how to act like one and how to walk like one. Miss B took Gary to her neighborhood and he got to meet her male friends and Gay was actually surprised in how they treated him with respect. After that was all and done then Gary went to a white part of the city and asked simple questions like where can I get good pizza or where did you get that, what time is it, do you know where this place is. All these were just simple questions anyone would ask and he got treated with such dis-respect from them it was shocking to see how people can be. Gary was not happy at himself as he was one of those as well treating people like nothing. That day Gary’s thoughts of Black people were very different now and he actually apologies to Miss B for the way he acted and they were all good with each other after the end of the day. Now Stacy was going to be made up to be a fat person and would have to walk the streets with John. Stacy was to very surprise at how people actually treated her in being huge with simple questions asked like Gary did. After that day was over Staci couldn’t believe she was like that and was going to change her ways. That day both Gary and Staci said to one another “boy we sure learned something today didn’t we? I would say so. After all is said and done each person in the house learned a lot in how people respond to the way you are and how you look. In this episode of “In the house” I hope all have learned a little something and the next time you see a person that is different don’t judge and say hello. It’s the right thing to do. On the next episode of “In the house” of Dr. Phil is (2) twin sister that are addicted to heroin and one of the sisters is actually pregnant. Buffalo Bills at Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have the second-worst run defense in the NFL since 1960 giving up 5.3 yards per carry and are still undefeated. The Peyton Manning show has been able to compensate for the terrible defense. How much longer can the offense bail out the defense? My guess is another weekThe Bills can’t defend the pass.
The Bills will look to take advantage of the Colts terrible run defense even with out starting RB  Willis McGahee. Backup  RB Anthony Thomas is a tough runner and should have a good day running the ball inside the tackles which is his specialty. The Bills are coming off a great victory against the upstart Green Bay Packers and will have momentum heading into Indianapolis.  Will they become the first AFC East team to beat the Colts?  I don’t think so.

Pick:  Take the Colts -11.5.  Bills are starting a back up RB and their QB sucks.
 

Cleveland Browns at Atlanta Falcons

Falcons are coming off a devastating 30-14 loss to the Lions. Atlanta’s defense allowed 435 yards of total offense and flat out got their asses whipped all over the field. Michael Vick turned the ball over and had a bad game. They will need a win to keep pace with the New Orleans Saints. A loss to the Browns would send them in a tail spin they may not come out of.  Look for Michael Vick to run the ball more often this week.  He doesn’t want to be in a 3 and long situations.  He’s not very good at completing 3^rd down passes.
The Browns gave the Chargers all they could handle last week and are playing better than of late.  Head Coach Romeo Crennel has gotten his team to play hard and it’s been paying off. They will need to jump Atlanta early to have a chance in this game.
Current Odds are Falcons -8 and the total is 42

Pick:  Take the Falcons -8.  The Browns are terrible especially at the QB position.
 

Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings

The Packers pissed last weeks game down their legs. They gained twice as many offensive yards than the Bills and lost the game.  Turnover killed their chances in a very winnable game. Packers QB Brett Favre was on his job but his supporting cast could not hang on to the ball.  Brett has got to be licking his chops when he visits Minnesota. Tom Brady passed all over them on Monday night and made it look real easy.
The Vikings have been in a tail spin since their huge road win at Seattle. They are ridding a 2 game losing streak and were shut out on Monday night. The defense will need to step up and stop someone or they will be in trouble.  Vikings RB Chester Taylor has to put this team on his back this weekend if they plan on winning.  The need to run the ball and chew the clock to keep Brett Favre on the sidelines.
Current Odds are Vikings -5.5 and the total is 39.5¼

Pick:  Take the Packers +5.5. Tom Brady passed all over them and so will Brett Favre.

Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars
Payback!  The Texans upset the Jaguars 27-7 in Houston in week 6. Jacksonville is looking for revenge, u can bet on that.
David Garrard will start his third consecutive game this week and Byron Leftwich is bitter. He better get his SH** together or he will lose his job. This week he’s healthy and will have to watch. The good thing for the Jags is that they play well at home. The defense is stellar and should give the offense plenty of opportunities to put points up on the board.
Last week Houston had a chance to upset the Giants last Sunday till a costly turnover on the potential game-winning drive ended their chances. Rookie RB Wali Lundy has given the Texans life in the running game which is allowing QB David Carr to find WR Andre Johnson down the field.  Can you believe Andre Johnson is the leagues leading receiver?  They will be tough to beat even in Jacksonville.
Current Odds are Jaguars -10.5 and the total is 37.5

Pick:  Take the Jaguars -10.5.  They will thump Houston at home. Payback for week 6

Kansas City Chiefs at Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins, behind back up QB Joey Harrington whipped the undefeated Bears ass in Chicago. They will look to do the same to the Chiefs when they come to town on Sunday. It seems like the Dolphins may have a little momentum and will finish off the year strong.  RB Ronnie Brown is finding his groove and so is Joey Harrington.

The Chiefs are also playing with a back up QB, Damon Huard. Damon has played well in relief of Trent Green. Damon has played well enough to keep Trent on the sidelines this weekend even thought Trent is ready to go. Chiefs RB Larry Johnson has been a monster, this guy looks unstoppable. He makes Damon’s job very easy, all his has to do this week is hand off to LJ 30 times this week and notch up another victory.

New York Jets at New England Patriots

Both teams come into this divisional showdown coming off loses. The Jets are coming off a much needed bye week and had time to think about the heart breaking loss to the  Browns two weeks ago. Jets QB Chad Pennington has been up and down all season but has hasn’t had two bad games in a row. The Patriots secondary is banged up and the Jets will be looking to throw the ball all afternoon like the Colts did last Sunday.
The Patriots are a good team, they haven’t lost 2 games in a row in over 4 years. They beat the Jets 24-17 in week 2 of the season and have played well all season.  The lost to the Colts last week was nothing to worry about.  The Patriots beat themselves by turning the ball over 5 times and only lost by a TD.
Current Odds are New England – 10.5 and the total is 39.5

Pick:  Take the Patriots -10.5. The Jets haven’t beat a team with a winning record all year.

Baltimore Ravens at Tennessee Titans

Steve McNair returns to Nashville and faces the team that let him go last summer. He’ll be looking for payback.  He’s got the Ravens on a roll and look like Super bowl contenders. The Ravens  defense is in top form so look out.
The Titans two-game winning streak ended last week, they got worked over by Jacksonville to the point of embarrasement. The Titans and their young quarterback will have up and downs this season as they look to get playing time for their future franchise players.  The are in for an ass whipping at home this week.
Current Odds are Ravens -7 and the total is 38

Pick:  Take the Ravens -7. A royal beat down is coming.

San Diego Chargers at Cincinnati Bengals

This matchup of AFC contenders is a crucial game because the teams are all battling each other for possible wildcard playoff birth. With Denver and Baltimore are leading their respective divisions both teams really need this win to stay alive for post season play.
The Bengals have been a disappointment this year, they are a .500 team at the midway mark their offense hasn’t been near as good as it was last year. Carson Palmers bum knee hasn’t healed all the way and it’s messing with his throwing mechanics.  So he says.
The Chargers remain tied with the Broncos for first place in the AFC West after a victory over the Browns last week. RB Ladanian Tomlinson is a MVP candidates with an NFL-leading 15 touchdowns and 828 yards rushing. Starting QB Phillip Rivers has been outstanding all year managing the game. The defense will have to do without pro-bowl LB Shawne Merriman, who is serving a four-game suspension for taking steroids. The rest of the defense will have to play well to keep the Bengals offense under control.
Current Odds are Chargers -1 and the total is 48

 Pick:  Take the Bengals +1. San Diego’s secondary is very suspect and will be exposed by Carson Palmer, Chad Johnson and TJ Housawhatever.
 

Washington Redskins at Philadelphia Eagles
The Redskins got a last second victory against their arch rivals  Dallas Cowboys last week. What a sweet win for the Redskins. A victory like that is something they can build on. They have been a huge disappointment all season and a win in Philly can really turn things around and will give them an outside shot at post season play.
The Eagles are coming off a much needed bye , they need to find a doctor to stop the bleeding a 3 game losing streak brings on. Inconsistant play on defense and questionable play calling in the 4^th quarter on offense has contributed to the losing streak. 

QB Donavan McNabb is having a stellar year and cant be blamed for the loses. The blame should rest on the coaching staff…That being said Andy Reid better get his SH** together or he may be the teams scapegoat if they continue to slide and miss the post season.  This team has too much talent not to win.
Current Odds are Eagles -7 and the total is 43
Pick:  Take the Eagles -7. This should be an easy game for them at home.

San Francisco 49ers at Detroit Lions
Hiring Mike Martz was the best thing that could have happened to the Detroit Lions. They now have a powerful, up tempo offense that can score on anyone. The problem they have is that the defense can’t stop anyone. Detroit needs to score 25+ points to win games and that wont get them into post season play. 25 points should be enough to get a W against the 49ers.
The 49ers defense showed up last week and held the Vikings to just 2 field goals. Can they show up again this week and hold the potent Lions offense? The 49ers have seen the Mike Martz offense twice a year when he was coaching the Rams. Will that  knowledge play a roll on the outcome of the game?  No, I don’t think so.
Current Odds are Lions -6 and the total is 43.5

 Pick:  Take the Lions -6. 49ers are not ready for a Lions balanced offense.¼br />

Denver Broncos at Oakland Raiders
Mike Shanahan enjoys beating up on the Raiders more than any other team. The Broncos are looking for the season sweep after they won the Week 6 matchup 13-3. Denver defense is dominate and the offense is up and down.  The Defense is carrying this team and will continue to do so the Sunday.
The Raiders embarrassed themselves last week on Monday Night Football.  They were shut out and looked like the worse team in NFL history.  There really isn’t anything I can say good about this franchise….They flat out suck.
Current Odds are Broncos -9 and the total is 33.5

Pick:  Take the Broncos -9. This is a total miss-match.  The Raiders suck.

New Orleans Saints at Pittsburgh Steelers
Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger is struggling and so are the defending Superbowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers. Four games behind divisional leader Baltimore, the Steelers are playing only for pride the rest of the way. There will be no post season play.  That makes them very dangerous.
New Orleans QB Drew Brees looks like he’s heading to the pro bowl again this year. He’s the perfect fit for this Saints offense, he makes good decisions on the fly. spreads the ball around unlike Big Ben. Reggie Bush looks like he’s a bust and it really dosen’t matter. Brees is getting it done and the offense is domininate.
Current Odds are Steelers-5 and the total is 45.5

Pick:  Take the Saints +5. Big Ben’s bean is still not right and he will stink up the field again.

Dallas Cowboys at Arizona Cardinals
There is no quarterback controversy in Dallas anymore, it’s Tony Romo’s team. Unfortuanatly the rest of the team has been playing consistently. The Cowboys have not won two games in a row all season. They have been a disappointment so far.
Arizona coach Dennis Green is on the hot seat, and his team has been a disappointment so far just like the Dallas Cowboys. Arizona WR Larry Fitzgerald will be back so QB Matt Leinart will have all his weapons this Sunday. Running back Edgerrin James also is looking to bounce back in the second half of the season. He sure misses Peyton Manning.
Current Odds are Cowboys -6.5 and the total is 43

Pick:  Take the Cowboys – 6.5.  I expect the Cowboys to run all over the AZ defense.
Saint Louis Rams at Seattle Seahawks

This is a rematch of the Oct. 15 matchup in which the Seahawks stole a 30-28 last minute victory in Saint Louis. This game likely will determine the winner of the NFC West.
The Seahawks wont have RB Shaun Alexander (broken foot) or QB Matt Hasselbeck (sprained knee) in the line up this week. Back up QB S. Wallace has been playing well in place of Hasselbeck, the same cannot be said about back up RB M Morris. He sucks.
The Rams, after a 4-1 start to the season, have lost three in a row. First-year coach Scott Linehan must get his team back in line. They will look to air it out and put up 30+ points in this rematch. The Seahawks are vulnerable and the Rams may be too much for them to handle this week at home.
Current Odds are Seahawks -3 and the total is 44.5

Pick:  Take the Rams +3. Seahawks wont be able to keep up with a back up QB & RB.

Chicago Bears at New York Giants

Both teams come in with injury issues. The Bears middle linebacker Brian Urlacher, is battling a bad foot and might not play, and their top wide receiver, Bernard Berrian came out of last week’s loss with a rib injury. In addition, safety Mike Brown already had been lost for the season. Rex Grossman has serving up INT’s like they are going out of style lately. This squad looks like they may start a losing streak.
The Giants already have lost outside linebacker LaVar Arrington (Achilles) for the season, and defensive end Osi Umenyiora (hip) and cornerback Sam Madison (hamstring) have missed games recently. Wide receiver Plaxico Burress (back) was inactive for Week 9, and Michael Strahan, sustained a foot injury that will keep him out 2-4 weeks.  They are in trouble.
Current Odds are Giants -1 and the total is 37.5
