My Pick:  Rutgers did a 180 midway through the season starting out 1-5 and are now riding a 6 game win streak on the arm of QB Mike Teel and his 3099 yards passing 23 TD’s and 12 INT’s.  His favorite target being WR Kenny Brit who himself has over 1200 yards.  Their defense had been the weak link earlier in the season, but they have tightened up since then and made the right adjustments at the right time.  I think they follow the same game plan they have and just let Teel do his thing as he continues to lead his team to win after win.  The Wolf Pack is on a 5 game win streak of their own and its the good decisions from QB Russell Wilson that has alot to do with it as he has only thrown 1 INT all season.  NC plays more of a conservative offense that focuses on the run first pass later philosophy that centers around RB Andre Brown.  In a pinch they are not afraid to pass, but I think they want to concentrate on clock control.  Neither team has a particular homefield advantage so that won’t factor it.  I don’t think NC State can keep up offensivly with the Scarlett Knights, they just don’t have the weapons.  The -8.5 seems high, but thats just a TD and FG lead.  Give the points.
