My Pick:  Colorado State had a tough year going 6-6 and they just barely made a case for a bowl game.  Neither team is a powerhouse in anyone single aspect and it really comes down to the overall game plan that has made each team successful or at least successful enough to make it to a bowl game.  It would be fair to say that the Bulldogs had a less than expected season despite going over .500 they have not produced the stats and offense that many were hoping for and it will be on QB Tom Brandstater to set the rythem early in the game and get the passing game going.  On the other side of the ball expect Rams QB Billy Farris to go directly to WR Rashaun Greer for a long bomb to set the tone.  Each team will rely heavily on the run to take pressure off the passing game, but at the end of the day I think Colorado State has the better defense and if they box the Bulldogs into a corner there could be some costly turnovers in their favor.  Take the points.
