My Pick:  The Bulls were a big let down this year after reaching the #10 ranking in the AP polls only to lose 5 of their last 7 games and thus end up in a bowl you can’t brag about.  The problem with the Bulls is that they rely too heavily on QB Matt Grothe who is not only the leading passer with over 2600 yards, but also the lead rusher with 508 yards.  If he doesn’t come to play then they are in for a long day, this could be the key reason for their recent fall from glory, he just flat out ran out of gas and no one else on that team can pick up the slack.  The Tigers on the other hand have developed a nice spread offense and have enough talent to no have to rely on any one individual for success.  You can almost be sure that QB Arkelon Hall will immiediately look for WR Carlos Singleton to take the attention away from RB Curtis Steele who has shown that given the chance he can light up opposing defenses.  I really think that they have more all around talent than the Bulls and the only reason that South Florida is favored is because it is basically a home game for them.  I think this line is being manipulated by public opinion and this is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of it.  Take the points before the bookies get wise.
