My Pick:  Both teams could have gotten to a much more higher profile bowl game this year if not for a few studder steps earlier in the season.  The Hurricanes running game behind Graig Cooper took a complete dump the last 3 games of the season and they got crushed the last 2 games of the season to barely just make it into the post season.  The offensive line will have to get it together if they want to have a chance in San Fran where it will basically be a home game for the Golden Bears.  For Cal it is going to be the Jahvid Best show who has rushed for almost 1400 yards and a 8ypc average this season with 13 TD’s and he is only a Sophomore!  Not to mention the guy just broke the school’s single game rushing record with 311 yards against Washington the last game of the season, you can bet he is pumped up.  If the Hurricanes D doesn’t come to play as was appearant in their last 2 games of the season then it is going to be a long day for them.  I think this is going to be a one sided beat down and the Canes are going to be on the receiving end of it.  Give the points before the bookies figure it out too.
