Kansas Jayhawks at the bottom of the Big 12 North travels to Austin to face No.3 Texas Longhorns on top of the Big 12 South. This will be a step further on the Longhorns to get to the BCS Championship Game, it is a possibility that with the difference on the point scored Texas could be racking important yards to get the second spot on the BCS list.

Kansas Jayhawks are having a terrible season. Their overall record shows 5-5 with a conference record of 1-5. QB Todd Reesing has been a little slow this season, he can still connect with the wide receivers but he won’t be able to match last year’s numbers. By air Reesing will have WR Kerry Meier and WR Dezmon Briscoe, they have been able to produce good enough numbers this year. By grown the Jayhawks will have RB Toben Opurum and RB Jake Sharp. The jayhawks primary weapon will be the pass so Reesing and company will be looking at a strong defense and may be if they get lucky score a least a couple of times by air. On the grown the team is weak so we might not be able to see Kansas running the ball towards the endzone,
No.3 Texas Longhorns rolled over Baylor 47-14 to reach the 10-win plateau for the ninth straight season. That’s second only to Florida State’s run of 14 consecutive 10-win seasons from 1987-2000. QB Colt McCoy threw two touchdown passes and tied former Georgia QB David Greene’s NCAA record with his 42nd career victory by a starting QB. This is the year Texas decided to go by grown with players like RB Cody Johnson and RB Tre’ Newton, that is an incredible job and obviously this situation takes a lot of pressure off from McCoy’s back, all he has to do is handle the ball to his runners and then watch them gro thru the defense like bulls. By air Texas has an outstanding group of players but WR Jordan Shipley and WR Dan Buckner are at a totally different level. McCoy simply has one of the best teams on the NCAA so his job is not as needed when you have this talented squad around you.
