UNC is at the bottom of the ACC Coastal with a record of 4-3 with 0-3 as a conference record and Virginia Tech is 2nd on the same division and by the look of this game it will certainly be a challenge that can help the Hokies to narrow down the difference between them and the first place of that division, No.11 Georgia Tech.

North Carolina Tar Heels still heart broken from their last game against Florida State travel to Virginia to face another conference and divisional challenge. QB T.J. Yates had a very slow game against Florida State, had very few yards and one interception, horrible 48% completion rate and with these numbers it’s very hard to win games. The real tool UNC can use will the the rushing game, on the grown they have RB Shaun Draughn and RB Ryan Houston both with a rate of almost 5 yards per carry, that will help alot during this upcoming game. The weak point on UNC’s team is the passing game, they don’t really have dominating wide receivers, they will have to work on this if they want to be able to win.

No.13 Virginia Tech Hokies record of 5-2 says it all. They lost the opening game to a nationally ranked team and they lost their last game against another nationally ranked team so this upcoming game won’t be a problem, they will be breezing thru it without a problem. QB Tyrod Taylor had a nightmare against Georgia Tech but he will be back in business for this one, no doubt about it. The running game will be a good solution for this game, the Hokies have RB Ryan Williams and RB Josh Oglesby and I am sure they will be playing great against UNC defensive line. On the passing game they will have WR Jarrett Boykin and WR Danny Coale helping Taylor look good. Virginia Tech is a better team and there is no way they will lose this one at home.
