Tennessee Volunteers have not had the season they expected. They have a slight chance to at least make Alabama suffer for a while. The Volunteers have great numbers and their QB Jonathan Crompton have had a great season so far, 13 tds is good enough but what’s killing him is the amount of interceptions, 9 so far is a huge number in this department, he will have to look into that. WR Quintin Hancock and WR Gerald Jones have been quiet for the season, they will need some serious game plan to put them to score otherwise it will never happen for the Volunteers. RB Montario Hardesty and RB Bryce Brown will be running the ball and they have done it great so far so this is something the Volunteers don’t have to worry about, although they will use them like crazy trying to control the clock. Overall the best chance Tennessee has is to let the ball fly and hope for the best.
No.2 Alabama Crimson Tide has been playing flawless and they are my pick to be the next BCS Champs. Their record reflects perfect game, great strategy and an amazing discipline. They are currently first at the SEC West with a record of 7-0 and a Conference record of 4-0 and they deserve what they have right now, No.2 of the whole country. The Key for the Crimson Tide’s success has been QB Greg McElroy who struggle against South Carolina and their tough defense but this will be the game for him, Tennessee won’t be able to do what South Carolina did so McElroy will be good to go. Helping the QB look good Alabama have TE Colin Peek, looking extremely secure and also RB Mark Ingram who can play as running back or Wide receiver and he can play both like an all-star. Running Bama have RB Mark Ingram and RB Trent Richardson and these guys have been pretty much the back bone of the whole offense fro the Crimson Tide, they are the ones resposible for all those wins. All Alabama has to do is control the clock and let one or two fly, once they set the mood they just need to follow the same game plan the have been executing perfectly, Tennessee has no chance if their running game cannot be stopped.
