No.5 Boise State Broncos are having a dreamy season. Their record is 5-0 with one victory on the conference, 3 wins at home and 2 on the road, pretty amazing for a program like this. Boise State ranks 20th on Total Yards, 40th on Passing Yards and 27th on Rushing Yards. The Huge difference is the fact that they rank 6th in the country in Points scored which obviously helps to win games, right? Well the Broncos have been scoring 40+ points and the QB Kellen Moore has thrown 13 tds and only 2 interceptions, that is news worthy. For me the key to this game will be the rushing game, RB Jeremy Avery and RB D.J. Harper will have to control the clock as many times as possible, they both avarage 6+ yards per carry so it might be what Broncos need, the air game is already monopolized by an incredible QB Kellen Moore and WR Austin Pettis who has accomplished to score 6 tds this season already. Usually the offense and the defense go thru tough patches on the game, let’s hope this time they can be focus and take care of business.

Tulsa Golden Hurricane with a record of 4-1 which is pretty decent marches 1st on the C-USA West with 2 conference wins, 1 win at home and 3-1 on the road and that is impressive. Tulsa ranks 35th in Total Yards, 35th in Passing Yards and 43rd in Rushing Yards, not bad for nationally unranked team. The Huge difference as we mentioned before is the fact that Tulsa scores less points than Boise State, they score big but not as big so they need to polish the defense before wednesday if they want to beat Boise at home. QB G.J. Kinne is the one in charge of the offense and so far he has been doing pretty good, 64% completion rate with 10 tds sounds perfect to me. Helping on the offense are WR Damaris Johnson and WR Slick Shelley, both can give Tulsa the necessary momentum that they need in order to get the big W. The rushing game has not been that strong so that could be a weakness, they will need to work on it and fast. They key in my opinion will be to hold Boise State within reach otherwise it will be a long night for the Golden Hurricane.
