He got fired for refusing to comply with the company&#039;s written dress code policy.

You also left out a significant item that he was offered to wear a company authorized pin that says &quot;United we Stand&quot;, but he refused.

You also make it seem as though he was just up and fired, but Home Depot doesn&#039;t work like that.  He would have been written up, counseled, and written up again, with a copy going to him indicating that failure to comply would result in termination.

What is going on is that if he is more interested in advertising his religion, than following his employer&#039;s policies, he needs to find a different employer, like Hobby Lobby.</description>
