Carolina Panthers with a starting record of 0-2 goes to Arlington, Texas to the new stadium to face the Dallas Cowboys. The Panthers have lost their last 2 games and they have a good list on injuries, they are looking to make their first win of the season at the new Cowboys stadium. The Cowboys lost Marion Barber this past sunday to a quadriceps injury so they will have to fill that hole if they want to look good on NFL Monday Night Football and give their fans their first win in the new stadium.

Carolina Panthers haven’t been able to capture the first victory this season and they have some important injured players that are not helping the cause as well. DT Louis Leonard has broken his ankle in the game last sunday against Atlanta Falcons and he is a hard piece to replace, coach John Fox wouldn’t say for sure that Leonard will be placed on season-ending injured reserve, but the Panthers will almost certainly have to sign another defensive tackle and that is always a concern. Also questionable for the Cowboys game are LB Na’il Diggs, FB Brad Hoover and WR Steve Smith and we are not just talking about bench playersm, these are key players and the Panthers look like they are in deep trouble if they can’t get them back in time. QB Jake Delhomme will be the one holding this team together, he had a great game against the Falcons with 308 yards but only one TD and one interception, 61% completion rate not bad for a second game but he needs WR Steve Smith back in order to have a decent game.

Dallas Cowboys are still heart broken from the defeat of last night, Giants winning by 2 points is not what all 105121 fans had in mind at the new Cowboys stadium. The 1.13 billion dollar structure was taken by surprise by Eli and his squad and Dallas are looking for a game to make up for this loss and the Panthers look like their prey. The only important injury reported is the RB Marion Barber, who has a quadriceps injury and his return isn’t yet known, he won’t be at this game but I guess QB Tony Romo will have to look to another guy to give the football to. Barber’s contribution this last sunday was 124 yards with a 2-yard touchdown, he will be missed greatly by the offense. QB Tony Romo recovered from his ankle injury in a record time but he didn’t look quite like himself, let’s hope for this upcoming monday night he will be fully rested and healthy to get the Dallas fans their first victory at home.
